The Prime Minister, António Costa, explained, after the end of the Council of Ministers, that family gatherings are “moments of great contagion” and that these decisions were taken with “the objective so we can all have a safe Christmas. “

These measures, it should be noted, will come into effect from 00:00 on Monday 9 November, until 11:59 p.m. on the 23rd of this month.
