The municipality of Gondomar, which reported 217 new infections to DGS between today and last Monday, registered an increase of 14.2%, Vila do Conde 136 new infections (12.9%) and Vila Nova de Gaia 258 new cases and a 12.3% percentage increase.

With respect to the Aveiro district, Santa Maria da Feira registered more than double the percentage increase in Ovary (70 new cases in the space of a week, or 9% more), a municipality that in the so-called first wave of the pandemic was the first municipality completely closed to the entry and exit of people, through a health fence that lasted from 17 March to April 17.
