Due to the large increase in Covid-19 cases, the Council of Ministers decreed yesterday the prohibition of circulation between municipalities, during October 30 and November 3. In addition to this national measure, specific measures were also determined, such as “the duty to stay at home”, in the municipalities of Paços de Ferreira, Lousada and Felgueiras, where the spread of the new coronavirus has evolved at a high rate.
