A 21-year-old girl denounces that she was violently attacked by her boyfriend, who owns a seafood restaurant, in Braga, after confronting him with the suspicion that he was cheating on her last Saturday morning. The man denies the charges and also filed a complaint with the PSP against his girlfriend for assaults.
In an interview with the program You on tv, gives TVIThe young woman says that the companion, around midnight, was closing the restaurant and was going home, having even asked her to order a francesinha.
However, the complainant reports that she fell asleep and, upon waking up, around five in the morning, saw that her boyfriend had sent her a message, around one in the morning, saying that he had been having a glass with friends however, they had appeared in the establishment.
Then he called his companion, but since he did not answer the calls, he decided to call a taxi and go to the restaurant to meet him. According to the story, he only appeared, around 07:00, and from outside the restaurant.
The two entered the restaurant and, by then, the situation will have gotten out of control, with the 21-year-old admitting that, faced with suspicions of treason, she was exalted “to speak up.”
“He started hitting me. (…) It was because of the blows. He took a live shoemaker out of the aquarium and threw me with the shoemaker. He started throwing me and telling me that he was going to kill me. He threw me with a plate, with the bottles that were in the window above the aquarium, one of the bottles was the one that exploded on my forehead. I was afraid of dying, “he said in the interview to TVI, remembering that “my mouth and nose were bleeding.”
When he managed to escape from his partner, he called the police.
The man has a different version. When images of the bloody young woman began to appear on social networks over the weekend and they claimed to have been the target of attacks, the subject recorded a video, published on Instagram and meanwhile deleted, in which he denies the charges.
The man claimed that his partner had been violent and had stolen his keys. In this video, he shows an old photo, with injuries to his face, which he says were the product of attacks by his partner, but which, out of shame, said it was a motorcycle accident.
However, the MINHO confirmed with a source from the PSP that both filed a complaint, between them, for attacks.
