The document of the sanctioning disciplinary measure, published on social networks and whose veracity was confirmed by the Observer, is signed by the director of the group, and confirms that the student’s attitude of sharing the snack “At a time when everyone is informed that this endangers everyone’s well-being” is “very serious”.
The young man was suspended for a day, punishment that was carried out this Tuesday.

A source familiar with the process told the Observer that the student had already “punctured the class bubble”, which prevents students from contacting others from different classes, multiple times to be with friends.
The young man had already been warned that he could not violate the rules for health reasons and, when sharing a snack, the school understood that it was a joke among the students.
Rui Pereira, Vice President and Councilor for Education of the Sintra City Council, explained that it is a “Recurring situation” which involves four young people of different classes who did not respect the school’s health rules regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, that is, walking without a mask and sharing food and drink.
