If you are a Caixa Geral de Depósito (CGD) customer, you have already realized that there are problems. According to information gathered by Pplware, the systems have been out of service since 9am.
Such a technical failure affects the internal systems of the branches and also the entire Homebanking platform.
It's an almost unprecedented situation, but CGD's technology platforms are completely offline. Pplware knows that the branches have been without services since this morning and even the official website and Homebanking portal are completely offline.
Through mobile applications it is not possible to access any type of service. By accessing the bank's main website, we are informed that "This page does not exist."
Whoever accesses the homebanking services receives the information that it is not possible to meet the request and customers must contact the institution through the numbers indicated.
In an attempt to find out what is going on, Pplware contacted some employees at CGD counters who revealed that there is no inside information about what is going on.
CGD's Facebook page confirms that there are technical problems with the services and that they are being resolved.
