The Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Manuel Heitor, is infected with Covid-19, the Observer found. It is the first case in his government in which the pandemic began in March of this year. The European Commissioner for Innovation, Mariya gabriel, who announced this Saturday that she is infected with Covid-19 and will have had a meeting with the Portuguese minister, according to Jornal de Notícias. On Twitter, the commissioner wrote that after a first negative test, she ended up having a positive test, having been in isolation last Monday.
