João Pedro Sousa, Famalicão coach, says he has the Spanish for Rio Ave, but nothing will stop him from being a Porto player.
Toni Martínez will reinforce FC Porto – the officialization will come very soon – but on Friday, Famalicão’s coach, João Pedro Sousa, stressed that the Spanish athlete is still an option.
The Minho emblem will face Rio Ave tomorrow, Sunday, but the forward, knows THE GAME, will not be used (as it has not been against Belenenses), although the coach suggests otherwise.
“The same scenario remains and he is a Famalicão player. As long as he is, he is a player that can be used,” said João Pedro Sousa, during the press conference prior to the match against Vila-Condenses.
Toni Martínez will sign a five-year contract with FC Porto, who will pay around 3.5 million euros for his pass, with Famalicão retaining a percentage of his economic rights.
