The Famalicense coach, João Pedro Sousa, was questioned this Friday about the inclusion of forward Toni Martínez -future reinforcement of FC Porto- in the call for the next match with Rio Ave, highlighting that the Spanish athlete is still available.
“The same scenario remains and he is a Famalicão player. As long as he is, he is a player that can be used,” said João Pedro Sousa, during the press conference prior to the match against Vila-Condenses.
As reported by O GOGO in this Friday’s edition, Spanish striker Toni Martínez will reinforce, in exchange for 3.5 million euros, the squad trained by Sérgio Conceição, awaiting a contract with a duration of five seasons.
Last Thursday the agreement was reached between dragons and Famalicenses and the transfer will be made official after FC Porto faces Marítimo, a challenge related to the third day of the I League.
