In a note published today in the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), TAP says that the reason for the resignations is due to the possible implications, under evaluation, in the activities carried out by the Barraqueiro Group, of the share reorganization foreseen in TAP, SGPS. of the Portuguese State.

Following the resignation, the sole shareholder of TAP, TAP, SGPS elected José Manuel Silva Rodrigues and Alexandra Vieira Reis to serve as members of the Board of Directors of TAP, in both cases for the remaining period of the current period (triennium). 2018-2020).

Alexandra Margarida Vieira Reis will also assume the role of Member of the TAP Executive Committee.

Regarding TAP, SGPS and the companies in which it has a majority stake, Humberto and David Pedrosa were also replaced, respectively, by José Manuel Silva Rodrigues and Alexandra Margarida Vieira Reis.
