Depression Alex arrives this Thursday and brings strong wind, rain and lower temperatures. According to the IPMA, bad weather begins to be felt at the end of the day in the northern and central regions.

On Friday, showers are expected across the continent and there are also yellow warnings of wind and sea agitation.
“On day 2 a drop in temperature is also expected, especially the maximum that will vary approximately between 12 and 18 ° C in the regions north of the Tagus valley and between 18 and 25 ° C in the south”, add the note.
Only the districts of Santarém and Setúbal and Alentejo and Algarve escape.
As for the sea coast, the Alex depression brings waves that can reach five meters in height, as expected “a significant increase in maritime disturbances on the west coast, particularly between the early hours of the 2nd and the early hours of the 3rd, especially in the north with Cabo Raso.”
