324,000 used condoms that were being cleaned for reuse were seized

In Vietnam, 324,000 condoms ready for recycling were seized from a warehouse run by a woman who, to authorities, said she had received condoms from a stranger once a month.

According to the Vietnamese news site VN Explorer quoted by the British newspaper Mail Online, workers at the Binh Duong warehouse in the south of the country were in charge of cleaning, drying, remodeling the condoms and then repacking them for resale in particular to markets and hotels.

The owner, Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc, has been arrested and the material will be destroyed as dangerous.
