About 30 users and employees of a private home, located on the outskirts of Évora, are currently being tested for COVID-19, after a positive case has been detected, the mayor told DianaFM.
The mayor of Évora, Carlos Pinto de Sá, indicated that the positive case is that of an old man who was transported on Thursday night to the city hospital, where he was tested for covid-19.
Today, tests are being carried out on all users and employees of the home, in a total of about 30 people, said the mayor.
The situation is being monitored by Public Health, Social Security, Civil Protection and the City of Évora.
