Phil Foden, 20, of Manchester City and Mason Greenwood, 19, of Manchester United, teamed up for company in the cold of Iceland and ended up excluded from the team that will play in Denmark. One of the girls apologized for what happened. English coach Gareth Southgate confirmed that the two young players were expelled from the team for violating lockdown rules due to the new coronavirus. In Foden’s case, disciplinary problems can be exacerbated by personal issues, as the City player is married and has a two-year-old son.
