The Judicial Police (PJ) detained a 26-year-old man and two women, 27 and 19 years old, for having strong evidence of crimes of aggravated theft, kidnapping, criminal association, computer and telecommunications fraud and arrest for firearms. banned in Cascais.
According to a statement from the authority, issued on Thursday, the investigation found that the detainees, together with a fourth co-author yet to be identified, agreed, among all, a plan to appropriate the property of the victim, a 26-year-old man, Julio past.
“The detainees, in the execution of the plan, previously attracted the victim to the home of one of them, supposedly to develop intimate relationships. After entering the residence, the victim was immediately detained by the two male perpetrators, who subjected her to very violent attacks, which included a simulated execution with a firearm, having remained tied and gagged, for a period of fifteen years. hours ”, reveals the PJ.
According to the same note, the entire situation was filmed by the assailants, who “also sprayed the victim with alcohol, simulating his immolation.”
While she was kidnapped, the victim “was deprived of various personal items of great value, such as a watch, having been forced to provide the access code to her debit bank card, which led the authors to appropriate several thousand euros” .
In the investigations carried out, the Judicial Police seized a war-caliber pistol, properly equipped, as well as other objects related to the events.
The detainees will be present this Thursday before the judicial authority to carry out judicial interrogations and apply the coercion measures that are considered appropriate.
The Judicial Police will continue the investigation, with the aim of investigating the possible participation of the detainees in other similar crimes, as well as the identification of the remaining co-perpetrator.
