The Economic and Social Stabilization Program (PEES) establishes, among other things, a set of measures to boost economic employment. This is done through the implementation of small works, which are carried out quickly and spread throughout the territory, which can absorb part of the impact of the economic crisis caused by the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 disease.

Among the measures are, therefore, interventions in buildings aimed at their sustainability and energy rehabilitation.

Who can benefit from the Home Energy Efficiency Improvement Program?

Individuals who own existing and occupied residential buildings, single-family units, self-contained fractions in multi-family buildings, or multi-family buildings are eligible. In this case, built in late 2006.

The endowment for this Incentive is € 1,750,000 (one million seven hundred and fifty thousand euros) in 2020 and € 2,750,000 (two million seven hundred and fifty thousand euros) in 2021.
