The roof of a building “burned to the ground” this Saturday night, in the area of ​​the Lethes Theater, in Faro, destroyed the solar panels installed there.

The fire, which broke out around 6:45 p.m., did not affect other floors of the property and “did not cause victims or displacement,” according to the South Information the Faro District Relief Operations Command (CDOS).

Still, “people were taken out of the building while fighting the flames, just in case,” CDOS said.
