Zaidu is closed and Taremi is one step away from being closed. FC Porto will even have two of the revelations of the last Liga NOS, this despite the fact that Olympiacos (in the case of the full-back) and Sporting (in the case of the forward) have made last-minute attacks to divert the players from the Dragão.
In the case of the winger the situation is more advanced. According to the newspaper OJogo, the only thing left to do is decide the duration of the contract (four or five years) and how the salary evolution will be during that period. The Blue and White SAD will pay just over four million euros for the player to Santa Clara.
Taremi is already traveling to Portugal for the weekend to work out the details of the contract with FC Porto. The Rio Ave deal has been in place for some time, with FC Porto paying around five million euros for the Iranian striker, 40% of which is left to the player, who has part of the pass in hand.
In total, the dragons pay around ten million, joining Taremi and Zaidu to Cláudio Ramos and Carraça as reinforcements for Sérgio Conceição. For now, FC Porto’s strategy is clearly to invest in the Liga NOS and in businesses that do not require a great financial effort.
