There haven’t been that many deaths since April

In the last 24 hours, 31 more people died in Portugal, bringing the total number of deaths from covid-19 to 2,276 (1,154 men and 1,122 women). In addition to being the most affected in terms of cases, the North region is the one with the highest number of deaths (14), with another nine registered in Lisbon and Vale do Tejo, five in the Center, two in Alentejo and one in the Algarve.
