Polyester has confirmed that it will bring its latest electric car concept, concept, into production, but without a clear timeline.
The Volvo / Gili all-electric brand has Polastar 1 and Polastar 2 in the market and is now confirming the launch of its third vehicle.
As part of the 2020 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, Polyester announced that it would build a precept concept electric car:
“As production continues, Polyester has confirmed that it will produce Prespit in China, where a new manufacturing facility will be set up. Its purpose is to ensure that the facility will be carbon neutral and one of the most intelligent and connected automotive manufacturing facilities in the world. “
The Polyester Precept was unveiled earlier this year as a “brand vision for vehicle design and materials”:
Thomas Inganaleth, CEO of Polastar, commented on the concept:
“’Stunning. Spectacular. Cutting edge. We want to see him on the road! ‘- This press wrote about the precept and the public said,’ We want it ‘, so we decided to make it. ‘
Polyester vehicles are produced in China, but they are distributed globally.
The same is expected for Presept.
Ingenlath added:
“China is the home market for polyester and we recognize an increasingly important drive for greater sustainability here. With this new factory, we will raise the bar again, aiming to produce the most advanced and premium electric car in China with the lowest carbon footprint.
Production Tomaker has not released a clear timeline for bringing the new electric car into production.
