Ryan’s brother Randy made the appeal in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

“My brother, Atty. Ryan P. Oliva has been missing since the night of Saturday, November 21, 2020, ”said Randy.

“Any information on his whereabouts will be greatly appreciated,” Randy added.

Randy said that for any clue as to Ryan’s whereabouts, the public can contact +63 906 300 1009.

Ryan teaches legal history and the law on agency and association at the UP School of Law, according to the university’s official website.

In addition to being a law professor, Ryan also works for the Department of Tourism’s Legislative Liaison Unit, according to the department’s website. [ac]
