If you’re going to talk a lot of nonsense, at least get creative about it.
Like the Lakers bench did during the NBA Finals. They were trying to get inside the head of Miami sniper Duncan Robinson and started calling him Jimmy Neutron, the genius character of the 11-year-old animated series. Robinson talked about it on a Fox Sports podcast.
“During the Finals, the Lakers bench would yell at me ‘Jimmy Neutron.’@clubtrillion, @tatefrazier Y @ D_Bo20 React to the best “Duncan Robinson looks” tweets from the NBA Finals pic.twitter.com/hDoJjWiS05

That’s great. The only flaw in the comparison between Duncan Robinson and Jimmy Neutron is that, even with his tower hairdo, Neutron is the shortest kid in his class, where Robinson is a legitimate 6’7 ″. We don’t know if Robinson also has to be in bed at 9pm on school nights.
Robinson laughed at all of this. Apparently the taunts didn’t get into his head when he shot seven 3-pointers over the Lakers in Miami’s Game 5 win.
