Aranas, a current member of the POC executive board, showed his partial ticket Wednesday comprised of Steve Hontiveros for handball for president, Philip Ella Juico for athletics as first vice president and Ada Milby for rugby as the candidate adopted by his team for second vice president. .

Milby previously stated that he is running as an independent.

Tolentino was elected president in the second of two special POC elections ordered by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in July last year, beating Juico by four votes, 24-20. In the first elections ordered by the IOC in February, Vargas defeated the three-term president, José Cojuangco Jr.

A total of 51 NSAs are participating in the tentative face-to-face elections at the cavernous East Ocean Palace in the city of Paranaque. Nomination begins on October 1 and ends on October 31.
