Solo gambler wins the P265-M Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot
Christmas came early for a lone gambler who won the top prize of P265 million in Sunday night’s Super Lotto 6/49 drawing, the Philippines Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said Monday.
PCSO General Manager Royina Garma said the lucky bettor guessed the winning combination on 12-06-18-20-32-41 with a jackpot of P265,353,489.60.
He congratulated the new millionaire, saying that Christmas will surely be a happy one for the winner.
The lucky ticket was bought in the city of Manila.
To claim the check, the bettor must go to the main PCSO office in the city of Mandaluyong and present two IDs. In addition, you must bring the winning ticket.
Approximately 53 bettors who guessed five correct numbers will receive P50,000 each.
The Super Lotto 6/49 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Garma urged the public to continue sponsoring PCSO’s products as a large portion of its proceeds go to charity programs.
The PCSO acts as the primary government agency for raising and providing funds for national health, care and medical services programs and charities.
One of its key programs is the Medical Access Program, which is designed to increase the medical needs of Filipinos across the country, in particular hospitalization, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medications.
The program is funded by proceeds from PCSO games across the country.
