SMC set November 30 as the “absolute” deadline for issuing decals. Vehicles without RFID tags will not be able to enter the highways as of November 30. Drivers who fail to comply will be fined.
In August, the Department of Transportation issued a departmental order to make it mandatory for toll road operators to use cashless transactions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
