The Philadelphia 76ers could be making a move to acquire James Harden from the Houston Rockets. According to Shams Charania, the Sixers are “expected to take an interest and go after” Harden once the offseason begins.
While the Sixers and other teams, as Charania says, are interested in getting Harden, the Rockets have absolutely no intention of negotiating and letting their no. 1 superstar.
Daryl Morey, as of Monday (11/2) officially the new president of the Sixers, was the mastermind behind the trade with the Oklahoma City Thunder that brought Harden to the Rockets. “It not only transformed my life, but it also revolutionized the game of basketball, and continues to do so, as almost no one has before.
