In a tweet, Locsin revealed that he had a “great phone conversation” with Pompeo the night before.

It was also Locsin who previously discovered that “someone dropped the ball,” as the Philippines was supposed to receive 10 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine.
The Secretary of Health, Francisco Duque III, however, denied that anyone “dropped the ball” in the acquisition of vaccines and said that the government’s negotiation with Pfizer is ongoing.
