Hilary Duff is pregnant with her third child, the second with her husband Matthew Koma. Both Duff and Koma announced the impending arrival of baby number three via Instagram on October 24, and their celebrity friends (and die-hard fans) couldn’t be more excited.
Koma captioned her upload, “hahaha, the quarantine was fun. Baby # 3 – 2021.”
“We’re growing up! Especially me …” Duff captioned his version of the video.
Mandy Moore, who is also pregnant, wrote: “Wow! Best news !!! I love you both and can’t wait to be moms together! Xo,” commented designer Christian Siriano, “Congratulations! ! ” and Busy Philipps added, “Woo! Congratulations mom!” Both Jenna Dewan and Lea Michele also sent heart emojis to Duff.
More on Koma’s post, Sara Bareilles wrote, “OMG !!!!!! Hahahhahaha yesssss”, and Priyanka Chopra commented, “Congratulations Wohoooooo.”
Baby will become the fifth member of a current family of four. Duff has an 8-year-old son named Luca with ex-husband Mike Comrie, and she and Koma welcomed their daughter, Banks, in 2018. In fact, Banks just celebrated her second birthday the day after Duff and Koma announced her pregnancy.
“Banksy Bair is 2 years old!” Duff captioned a compilation video filled with footage of Banks for the past two years. “Two incredible years with your smile and your bright eyes (faint) It seems that you yelled at me, your father and your brother for most of this time, although no one would believe it with all the happiness that flows from you when you smile! ! … you are curious, you are comfortable, [confident] and brave “.
Duff and Koma tied the knot in December 2019 in an intimate backyard romance. Both children attended the ceremony before being put to bed so the adults could dance.
