MANILA, Philippines – Actor Romnick Sarmenta and his girlfriend Barbara Ruaro are expecting their first child together.
The couple shared the news in separate Instagram posts on Sunday.
Romnick, in his post, shared a photo of a pregnancy test kit indicating a positive result.
“IBA … Infinitely blessed with your affirmation … Iba Ka Panginoon, maraming salamat Po,” wrote the actor.
Barbara posted a photo similar to her partner’s and thanked God for “the gift of life!”
“The cross that appeared in my trial and this miracle as a whole is Your strongest and most comforting affirmation,” he said.
“I praise you and thank you for my Nicko, as well as all of our friends and families who have expressed and continue to show their unwavering love and support,” he added.
The couple is expected to welcome their “bean” in February of next year.
