Pia Wurtzbach calls new Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo ‘the youngest’

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach has welcomed the newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo to the Miss Universe Philippines family.

“Congratulations queen !! Welcome to the brotherhood. Ikaw ang bunso (the youngest), ”Pia said in the comments section of Mateo’s Instagram.

Rabiya replied, “Aww! Thank you, Ate Pia. I can’t wait to talk to you about life. I know I can learn a lot ”.

The new beauty queen offered her victory to her mother and grandmother for teaching her to be strong and empowered.
