MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Health (DOH) reported 1,530 additional COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the country’s tally to 407,838.
In its 4 p.m. case bulletin, the DOH also reported that 11,290 COVID-19 patients have recovered from the disease, bringing the total number of recoveries to 374,329.
Meanwhile, the death toll from COVID-19 in the country rose to 7,832 after the DOH recorded 41 more deaths.
According to the DOH, 6.3 percent of total COVID-19 cases in the country are active cases, 91.8 percent have recovered, and 1.92 percent have died.
