SMART CLARK GIGA CITY – The Philippine Basketball Association will resume its games on Tuesday, November 3, following a new game schedule.
In the meantime, teams can return to practice starting Sunday, November 1.
PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial said the Department of the Interior and Local Government has recommended to the Interagency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases the insertion of a sheriff within the bubble to “monitor and ensure the league’s compliance with [the new] health protocols “.
The league postponed its games and practice Friday afternoon after the IATF drafted new parameters.

Part of these new measures, according to Marcial, is the establishment of a temporary quarantine facility within Clark Freeport.
The league will sideline a total of nine games before accommodating a new schedule, not counting the first three games that were canceled due to two cases of false positives.
