MANILA, Philippines – Four sections of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) are now impassable due to Typhoon Ulysses, NLEX Corporation said.
In an advisory, NLEX Corp. said that the following sections of the NLEX are now impassable:
-Bridge of the Bocaue river in a north and south direction
-Sta Rita heading south
-South crossing
-Tabang heading south
Motorists are advised to take these alternate routes:
Heading North: All motorists are advised to make a U-turn before Bocaue Interchange returns to Manila.
Heading South: All drivers are advised to make a U-turn before Petron Bocaue
Meanwhile, customer service centers and radio frequency identification (RFID) sticker installation sites are closed due to the typhoon, said NLEX Corp.
The latest update from state meteorologists said Odysseus has weakened as he is about to leave the Luzon landmass.
