The NBA draft moved to November 18

The NBA moved the NBA Draft to November 18, which also delayed the start of the free agent signing period and the start of the next season in early December.

“The revised date allows additional time to carry out the 2020 draft process, gather more information on the possible start date of the 2020-21 season, and advance discussions between the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association on issues related to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, ”the NBA said.

The league said the Nov. 18 draft date “remains subject to change as circumstances require.”
