TThe NBA has fined the Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant after he made offensive comments in an online altercation with the actor Michael Rapaport.
Some of the exchanges contained homophobic insults for which Durant was punished.
“Durant has been fined $ 50,000 for offensive and derogatory language on social media,” the NBA said in a statement.
