With NBA free agency limited to just 10 days, a lot is going on and here you can keep track of all the reported major moves made on Day 3 that don’t include direct European interest.
Transfers that include European players or players who are familiar faces in Europe can be found here.
- Donovan Mitchell agreed to a maximum designated rookie extension of five years and $ 195 million.
- Jayson tatum agreed to a five-year contract extension worth up to $ 195 million with the Boston Celtics. Tatum, the No. 3 overall pick in 2017, averaged 23.4 points per game last season to help the Celtics reach the Eastern Conference finals for the third time in the past four seasons.
- Willie Cauley-Stein agreed to a two-year, $ 8.2 million contract to return to the Dallas Mavericks. The former No. 6 overall pick was acquired by the Mavericks in a trade with the Golden State Warriors in January.
- Torrey craig has reached an agreement on a deal with the Milwaukee Bucks. The Denver Nuggets made a qualifying offer on the forward on Saturday. Craig spent three seasons in Denver and averaged 5.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per game last season.
- Austin rivers agreed to a three-year, $ 10 million deal with the Knicks. Rivers spent the past two playoff seasons with the Houston Rockets, and now joins one of his father’s former teams; Doc Rivers played for the Knicks from 1992 to 1994.
- The New York Knicks changed Ed davis to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Omari Spellman, Jacob Evansand a future second-round pick. Davis was traded to New York from the Utah Jazz earlier this week, while 2018 first-round picks Spellman and Evans were traded to Minnesota from Golden State in the Andrew Wiggins-D’Angelo Russell transaction in February 2020.
- Kent Bazemore agreed to a one-year contract with the Golden State Warriors. Bazemore began his career with the Warriors after not being drafted in 2012, before being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers in 2014.
- Damian Jones agreed to a two-year contract with the Phoenix Suns. Jones spent the first three seasons of his career with the Golden State Warriors, winning championships in 2017 and 2018, before being traded to the Atlanta Hawks last summer.
- Bryn forbes agreed to a two-year contract to join the Milwaukee Bucks. Forbes part of San Antonio, where he played his first four seasons, averaging 8.9 points per game and shooting 40% from 3-point range in his career with the Spurs.
- Sterling brown agreed to a one-year contract with the Houston Rockets. Brown, 25, will sign for the veteran minimum to provide wing depth for the Rockets. He averaged 5.2 points and 3.1 rebounds in three seasons for the Bucks.
- Harry giles agreed to a one-year contract with the Portland Trail Blazers.
- Jontay porter agreed to a three-year, $ 6 million contract to stay with the Memphis Grizzlies. Porter was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Grizzlies on March 8, days before the league closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, and has yet to make his NBA debut.
- The Detroit Pistons are a mall Tony bradley to the Philadelphia 76ers as guard Zhaire smith. Bradley was acquired by the Pistons in a trade with the Utah Jazz last week.
- The Memphis Grizzlies announced they have re-signed De’Anthony Melton to a four-year, $ 35 million contract. Melton will continue to serve as a connector on offense who is active on defense and on rebounding.
- Oklahoma City Thunder traded Jalen lecque to the Indiana Pacers for TJ Sheet and a future second-round pick. Lecque spent last season with the Phoenix Suns and was part of the Chris Paul trade. Leaf played 139 games for Indiana after being selected in the first round of the 2017 draft.
- The Toronto Raptors and DeAndre ‘Bembry agreed to a two-year, $ 4 million contract. Bembry, a 2016 first-round pick for the Atlanta Hawks, averaged 3.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals in a backup role last season with Atlanta.
