PLDT and Smart, through the Alagang Kapatid Foundation, distributed aid snack packages to around 500 families in Barangay Banaba, San Mateo, Rizal. PLDT also provided 500 aid packages to affected communities in Apalit, Pampanga. Masks and face shields will also be delivered to residents in some areas of Cagayan, also through AKFI.

PLDT, through Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), will distribute aid packages to its partner communities in Calawis, city of Antipolo, located along the Marikina basin.

PLDT-Smart Foundation (PSF), together with PLDT and Smart, is providing additional aid packages to affected communities in Luzon.

AKFI and Smart provided packages of snacks and bottled water to 1,000 people from Barangay Tanong, Marikina City, which is located a few meters from Provident and near the Barangka evacuation center.

One Meralco Foundation (OMF) delivered 1,300 aid packages to affected families in Marikina, starting with those from Barangay Tumana seeking refuge at Marikina High School.

OMF also sent more than 2,000 food packages to affected communities in Isabela province, the city of Ilagan and Cagayan. Through OMF’s partnership with the Philippine Air Force and the Philippine National Police, the food packages were distributed at the evacuation centers in Tuguegarao City, Amulung and Solana, Cagayan.

The Metro Pacific Investments Foundation (MPIF), together with AKFI, organized a humanitarian aid initiative in which they delivered 155 packages of vegetables of 10 kilos in communities of Riverside, Sitio Sto. Nino in Barangay Wawa, Rodriguez Rizal.

Maynilad also delivered some 4,000 snacks and packages of bottled water to families affected by Typhoon Ulysses in Muntinlupa, Malabon and Quezon City. Around 1,500 bottles of water were also distributed to the communities of Tanay and Manila, while 200 blue jugs of drinking water were delivered to Cagayan and Tuguegarao.
