Marcos wants Judge Leonen to inhibit PET case

Former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. presents a motion for immediate inhibition of Associate Judge Marvic Leonen from participating in any of the processes related to the electoral protest presented this Monday in the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) of the Supreme Court. The Elections Commission recently reiterated to the Supreme Court its decision to dismiss a petition to declare the failure of the elections in 3 Mindanao provinces as challenged by the losing candidate for vice presidency Marcos.
