It is now crucial that supplies of this vaccine are delivered to as many medical practice centers and hospital facilities as possible and that this happens as quickly as possible so that we can begin mass vaccination.
With 100 million doses of this vaccine already ordered, we need to see a sea change in distribution so that physicians can protect their patients and communities, starting with those most at risk, and this must include healthcare workers and of social care when faced with the virus. First line.
While this vaccine may not have the same logistical hurdles as those associated with the Pfizer jab, the task of vaccinating such a large number of patients in a short space of time is a great challenge.
