Laguna Technopark, a development of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), celebrates its 30th anniversary marked by the transformation of agricultural land in Laguna into a progressive industrial center.
A pioneering industrial estate in Calabarzon that began in 1990, Laguna Technopark has allowed local and global companies to prosper, marking itself as an ideal destination for the world’s leading manufacturing investors.
In a statement, the company is proud to be instrumental in the economic progress of the region, transforming parts of the cities of Santa Rosa and Biñan from sugar cane fields to the 471 hectare growth center that it is today.
With more than 270 localization companies, the industrial estate continues to be incomparable in terms of export earnings and job creation among other economic zones in the country. Laguna Technopark houses more than 100,000 employees directly employed by localization companies in the industrial park.

Today ALLHC is the leading developer of dynamic industrial communities. Inspired by the continued success of Tecnoparque Laguna, three more industrial parks are expected to become future growth centers in their respective regions.
ALLHC also owns and operates Cavite Technopark in Naic, Laguindingan Technopark in Misamis Oriental and Pampanga Technopark in Mabalacat City. Like the Laguna Tecnoparque, these industrial estates are highly accessible to the main facilities and infrastructures such as national highways, seaports and airports to support the requirements of localization companies.
