Kai Sotto and Team Ignite praise the NBA G League court

MANILA, Philippines – Kai Sotto and the rest of his Ignite teammates first saw the NBA G League court in Walnut Creek, Calif. On Friday (Saturday Manila time).
Ignite, comprised of Sotto, Filipino-American Jalen Green, Jonathan Kuminga, Daishen Nix, Princepal Singh and Isaiah Todd, visited the new court that will be their home for the upcoming G League season.

Sotto, in particular, praised the new court, stating that it was one of the best courts he had ever seen.
“This court is really nice, probably the best I’ve seen, the best I’ve been on and I’m more than blessed and grateful to have this kind of court as a home court and for practice,” Sotto said.
Fil-Am Green also praised their newly furnished place.
“It’s the first time I’ve seen the Ignite court. New … It’s amazing,” Green said.
Team Ignite will focus on developing the talents of young prospects like Sotto and Green by exposing them to the best teams in the NBA G League and other national teams so that they are “ready for the NBA.”
