MANILA, Philippines – Combined guard Jordan Heading will join Terrafirma after he fulfills his international duty with the national team following his selection as a first pick in the PBA 46th season Gilas Draft special on Sunday.
A product of California Baptist University, the 6-foot-2 Heading played five years in the US NCAA and had his best season as a senior for the Lancers averaging 15.23 points, 3.87 rebounds, 2.61 assists while shooting. 46.1 percent from the floor and 36.1% from depth.
Ateneo’s diligent forward Will Navarro was selected second in the Gilas Draft with the lanky 6-foot-8 heading to NorthPort.
Navarro is the fourth Blue Eagle to be selected in the Gilas Draft with his varsity teammates Isaac Go, Matt Nieto and Mike Nieto selected in 2019.
Next, NLEX selected 6-foot-7 center Tzaddy Rangel as the third pick, while TNT selected 6-foot-2 guard Jaydee Tungcab for the last pick in the special draft.
