MANILA, Philippines – National University alumnus Jeff Napa has been appointed as the new head coach of the Bulldogs, the school announced Friday.
Napa was a former coach of the NU Bullpups, a team that coached three UAAP youth titles from 2011 to 2016.

He took over from Goldwyn Monteverde, who resigned after just nine months from his appointment as Jamike Jarin’s replacement.
Napa currently serves as the assistant coach for NorthPort Batang Pier at the PBA.
He has also worked as a head coach with the Caballeros de Letran and recently with the Universidad Centro Escolar.
The Bulldogs haven’t made the Final Four since UAAP season 78.
