JALEN Green was highly influential in convincing Kai Sotto to join him on the select NBA G League team.

That’s according to a Kentucky Sports Radio report.

“Jalen Green, a consensus top-three prospect in the senior class, who signed with the new G-League NBA program in April, chose Sotto to join him on the list,” the report read. .

Sotto confirmed his next move Thursday morning, teaming up with Green and other bluechip recruits Isaiah Todd and Daishen Nix to bid for the NBA through the league’s development league.

Sotto was the first international signatory to said program.
