Giannis, if he agrees, could end up signing the biggest contract in NBA history. Giannis’s contract extension with the Bucks could be worth a whopping $ 247.3 million, capped at $ 42.6 million, $ 46 million, $ 49.5 million, $ 52.9 million and $ 56.3 million. . However, Giannis has spoken of wanting to focus on the title. In a previous interview, he even mentioned that he will be with Milwaukee until they keep winning.
Now, the Bucks star may end up looking for another option as the team failed to make it to the NBA Finals. Giannis, in addition to the Heat and Lakers, has also been linked to the Boston Celtics, Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers. The Celtics were the last viable option, as it was reported as a possible landing spot for the 26-year-old. Teams are also reported to be on the lookout for Giannis, preparing information should the opportunity to sign him arise.
