MANILA, Philippines – Subscribers to Converge ICT Solutions Inc. reported that they were unable to access the Internet on Tuesday afternoon.
Converge became a trending topic on Twitter with more than 14,000 tweets as of 2:45 p.m. after users reported an outage in some parts of the country.
In an advisory, Converge’s ICT support team said it has been experiencing problems in its data center since 1:10 pm Tuesday, affecting the connection of its subscribers across the country.
“Our technical team is already working to solve the problem in the shortest time possible and restore your Internet connection,” said Converge.
