MANILA – Globe Telecom said Friday that it would offer a 6-month payment program to settle the outstanding balance of postpaid subscribers affected by the COVID-19 blockade.
Mobile, Globe at Home and business customers can enroll in the payment plan from May 15 to June 15, Globe said in a statement.
“We understand that many of our clients are concerned about their finances due to community quarantine. We are offering our installment payment options in the hope that it will help ease your expenses and allow you to expand your budget for the essentials, “said Globe President and CEO Ernest Cu.
Rival PLDT Inc previously said it would offer a 6-month payment program for postpaid subscribers.
