MANILA, Philippines – Once one of the NCAA’s brightest prospects, Ronald Pascual has hit rock bottom, according to his brother.

Ronel Pascual, in a Facebook post on the MR.CabalenHoops page, described that his brother Ronald is in the “deepest and saddest stage of his life” with the once professional gamer who now apparently depends on the charity of others for survive while in Manila.

“Overwhelmed by his pride and depression, he does not want to accept any help from his family. His closest friends who were with him when he still had it all are gone along with his fortune, ”wrote Ronel Wednesday.

Then, Pascual landed in Alaska in 2018 averaging 4.0 points on an efficient 43 percent from 3-pointers with 1.7 rebounds in 10.5 minutes per game in 12 games.
