The International Basketball Federation (Fiba) announced on Friday that all of its continental qualifiers will be played in bubble-like environments.

The announcement, which came after careful consideration by its stakeholders and the recommendations of its medical and competition commissions, will cover the November 2020 and February 2021 qualifying windows.

Each bubble will be made up of four to eight teams and will be decided at the regional level, according to Fiba.
