The 2020 Emmys are upon us, and this year’s proceedings are held for virtually the first time in the 72-year history of the awards show.
Jimmy Kimmel has returned to his hosting duties for the third time and, according to Succession Brian Cox, nominees have been told that Emmy producers are sending staff to personally deliver trophies to winners at their homes.
Leading this year’s nominations is HBO Watchmen, which has received a whopping 26 nods. Succession and the Mandalorian they have also secured privileged spots on the latest contender list.
